摘 要:目的:通过粉体粒度分析客观准确地表征甘草质量。方法:通过粒度分析仪测定甘草粉体的粒度分布,并分析了粒度分布特性与甘草有效成分含量的相关性。结果:甘草粉末粒度分布与甘草有效成分含量之间存在显著相关性,即50.00~200.00μm分布越少,500.00~1000.00μm及更高的粒径范围内分布越多,甘草质量越好。可见粉末粒径在50.00~200.00、500.00~1000.00μm的分布与甘草质量直接相关。结论:采用粒度分析仪检测甘草粉末粒度分布,进而表征甘草品质具有一定的可行性,为规范中药材质量评价体系提供了新的方法。Objective: To characterize the quality of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(GR) objectively and accurately by particle size distribution. Methods: The particle size distribution of GR powder was measured by a particle size analyzer,and its correlation with the content of active components was investigated. Results: The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the particle size distribution of GR powder and the content of its active components.Specifically, the distribution in the range of 50.00-200.00 μm had a negative correlation to the quality of GR;on the contrary,the distribution in the range of 500.00-1000.00 μm and above was in a positive correlation with the quality. Therefore, the distribution of particle size in the ranges of 50.00-200.00, 500.00-1000.00 μm were directly related to the quality of GR.Conclusion: It is feasible to characterize the quality of GR by the particle size distribution detected by a particle size analyzer. This study provides a new method for standardizing the quality evaluation system of Chinese medicinal materials.
