摘 要:通过对全球参类市场贸易格局分析,可以看出中国是全球最大的参类生产国、消费国和出口市场。但是中国对国际参类市场的影响力与其在国际参类市场的市场份额不匹配,中国尚未主导和引领全球参类产业的发展。中国与美国和韩国等市场相比,在品牌、价格等方面还存在劣势。文章从产品、品质和工艺升级、品牌打造、消费者引导等方面对推动中国参类产业高质量发展提出建议。Through the analysis of the global ginseng market pattern, this study concludes that China is the world’s largest producer, consumer, and exporter of ginseng. However, China’s influence on the international ginseng market does not match its market share, China has not yet dominated and led the development of the global ginseng industry. Compared with Republic of Korea and the United States, China’s ginseng products still have disadvantages in terms of brand and price.The study puts forward suggestions on promoting the high-quality development of the ginseng industry from several aspects,such as products, quality and process upgrading, brand building, and consumer guidance.
