摘 要:以非织造布(non-woven fabrics,NWFs)为支撑基体材料,在HAuCl_(4)水溶液中,利用棉纤维表面羟基通过原位热还原负载金纳米粒子(gold nanoparticles,Au NPs).通过富余羟基可继续与金属Zn^(2+)配位沉积二甲基咪唑锌盐(zeolitic imidazolate framework-8,ZIF-8)纳米粒子,构建纳米金和ZIF-8改性的功能复合棉纤维.研究表明,复合纤维兼具ZIF-8多孔材料的选择吸附特性和金纳米粒子的表面增强拉曼散射(surface enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)特性,能快速吸附分离孔雀石绿(malachite green,MG)与甲基橙(methyl orange,MO)混合染料中的MG,并实现对MG的SERS检测,最低检测浓度为1.0×10^(-9)(mol/L.Using non-woven fabrics(NWFs)as the supporting matrix,the gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)were in-situ reduced on the NWFs due to the hydroxyl groups in the cellulose chain of fabric.Furthermore,the residual hydroxyl groups were coordinated with the metal ion Zn^(2+) and 2-methylimidazole,resulting in the ZIF-8 nanoparticles deposited on the surface of fabrics.The fabrics modified with nano-gold and ZIF-8 were constructed.The composite fabrics have both the selective adsorption properties inherited from ZIF-8 porous materials and the surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)property inherited from gold nanoparticles,enabling rapid adsorption and separation of mixed dyes with malachite green(MG)and methyl orange(MO)and following the trace detection of MG with a minimum detection concentration of 1.0×10^(-9)mol/L via SERS.
