摘 要:在Proteus软件中,铂热电阻的电路模型测温上限达到600℃以上,利用Proteus软件可以仿真中高温的实验。利用Proteus软件的电子器件设计实验电路,二线制电桥电路将铂热电阻的电阻变化转换为电压变化,仪表放大器AD623放大微弱的电压信号,LTC1292实现12位模数转换,单片机AT89C51计算铂热电阻的电阻值,根据温度和电阻值的分度表得到被测的温度。仿真实验结果表明,该电路能提供一种宽范围、高精度的测温解决方案,可以有效实现中高温的仿真实验。In Proteus software,the upper limit of temperature measurement of platinum thermal resistance circuit model is over 600 ℃.The medium-high temperature experiments can be simulated by the Proteus software.The experimental circuit is designed by using the electronic components of Proteus software.The resistance change of the platinum thermal resistance is converted to voltage change by the two-wire bridge circuit.The weak voltage signal is amplified by the instrumentation amplifier AD623.The 12-bit analog-to-digital conversion is implemented by LTC1292.The resistance value of the platinum thermal resistance is calculated by the MCU AT89 C51.The measured temperature is obtained according to the index table of temperature and resistance value.The simulation results show that the circuit can provide a wide range and high-precision temperature measurement solution,and can effectively realize the simulation experiment of medium and high temperature.
