摘　　要：为确保电池组中每一串电池的电压和温度处于要求范围内,研发了一种基于单线CAN总线通信电路外加电压和温度测量模块的装置。该装置可用以监测和保护磷酸铁锂、镍氢、三元锂离子、钠硫电池及其组合电池的电压和温度,能实时有效地监测每一节电池及每一个区域内单串电池的温度变化。该装置安装方便、操作简便,不仅适应不同电池组结构的变化,还能有效防护电磁辐射和屏蔽由高压产生的电磁干扰。In order to ensure the voltage and temperature of each string of batteries in the battery pack be within the required range,a device based on the external voltage and temperature measurement module of single line CAN bus communication circuit is developed.The device can be used to monitor and protect the voltage and temperature of lithium iron phosphate,nickel hydrogen,ternary lithium ion,sodium sulfur batteries and their combined batteries,and can effectively monitor the temperature change of each battery and single string battery in each area in real time.The device is easy to install and operate.It can not only adapt to the changes of different battery pack structures,but also effectively protect electromagnetic radiation and shield electromagnetic interference caused by high voltage.
