摘　　要：空气分离设备常用于分离稀有气体。针对空气分离装置出现分散控制系统不正常、启动变频器时存在跳闸等问题,通过事故现场分析,查找原因。对加装滤波前后实测数据进行对比分析,结果表明,低压配电系统事故主要是由变频器产生的谐波引起的。提出了采用有源滤波装置进行谐波治理的方案,有效地降低了分散控制系统供电电源的谐波含量,保证了空气分离装置的正常生产。Air separation equipment is often used for inert gas separation.In view of the abnormal distributed control system of the air separation device and the tripping failure when starting the inverter,the cause is found through the accident site analysis.According to the comparison and analysis of the measured data before and after the filter is installed,the low-voltage power distribution system accident is mainly caused by the harmonics generated by the frequency converter.It is proposed to use an active filter device for harmonic control,which effectively reduces the harmonic content of the power supply for the distributed control system and ensures the normal production of the air separation unit.
