摘　　要：临终患儿的权利和生活质量已成为医疗机构关注的重点,收治在重症监护病房的危重症临终儿童是尤为需要关注的人群。临终关怀是为临终患儿及其家属提供的全面照顾,使患儿痛苦减轻并有尊严地走完生命的最后阶段,维护其家属的身心健康。为促进危重症儿童临终关怀的科学实施,特组织本领域的权威专家拟定了本专家共识,对多学科团队的组建及其职责、团队成员的培训、危重症临终患儿的识别和评估、预设临床关怀计划、症状管理、复苏抢救时的家属陪伴进行了详细描述。Dying children′s rights and their quality of life has become the key focus of medical institutions,especially for those admitted to intensive care units.Hospice care is a type of overall healthcare for dying children and their patients or caregivers.It focuses on the palliation of pain and symptoms so as to make sure critically ill children lead a comfortable life with dignity even during the last phase of life.In order to promote the scientific implementation of hospice care for critically ill children,authoritative experts in this field are specially organized to draw up this expert consensus,which describes in detail about the establishment and responsibility of multidisciplinary team,team member training,identification and assessment of critically ill children,the preset clinical care plan,symptom management,and family companionship during resuscitation.
