摘　　要：介绍了连接墙板的结构特点及技术要求,针对板状连接结构,采用阶梯式浇注系统设计方案以防止铸件出现冷隔缺陷,通过Procast工艺模拟和保温冒口等工艺方法来降低铸件内部缩孔缺陷。措施实施后,确保了铸件质量符合要求。The structural characteristics and technical requirements of connecting wallboard are introduced. In view of the plateshaped connecting structure,the scheme of the stepped gating system is designed to prevent the cold shut-off defects,as well as the measures to reduce the internal shrinkage defects of the casting by Procast process simulation and insulation riser,so as to ensure that the casting meet the requirements of the drawings.
