摘　　要：介绍了机床重要零部件——滑鞍类铸件的铸造工艺改进及实施效果。通过改进分型面的设计,彻底解决了合箱操作蹭砂的问题。同时浇注系统由封闭式改为开放式,下移横浇道、降低内浇口流速,充分发挥横浇道撇渣能力,此工艺降低了操作难度,提高了产品质量。This paper introduces the improvement and effect of casting process of sliding saddle castings, an important part of machine tool. By improving the parting surface, the problem of sand rubbing when closing the box is completely solved. At the same time, the gating system is changed from closed to open, and the flow rate of molten iron at the inner gate is lowered, and the slag skimming ability of the horizontal gate is given full play. These processes reduce the difficulty of operation and improve the quality of products.
