汽车刹车泵皮下气孔的原因分析与对策

摘　　要：针对汽车刹车泵的皮下气孔缺陷,通过研判气孔类别,分析其形成原因,并制定了应对措施。经过实际验证,消除了皮下气孔缺陷。结果表明,解决球铁件皮下气孔的根本办法为控制型砂、型芯内的水分与有机物等含量,提高型砂、型芯的透气能力,保证浇注温度,控制铁液成分特别是镁铝钛含量。In view of the defects of subcutaneous pores in automobile brake pumps,the causes of their formation were analyzed by studying the types of pores,and the countermeasures were formulated. After actual verification,the defect of blowhole is eliminated.The results show that the methods to solve the pores of ductile iron are to control the content of moisture and organic in sand and core,improve the permeability of sand and core,ensure the pouring temperature,and control the content of molten iron,especially magnesium,aluminum and titanium.
