朱砂七多糖体外免疫增强活性研究

摘　　要：研究朱砂七多糖(Polygonum cillinerve polysaccharide, PCP)对鸡外周血淋巴细胞和小鼠脾淋巴细胞免疫活性的影响。用MTT法和ELISA等方法分别检测PCP对鸡外周血淋巴细胞和小鼠脾淋巴细胞的毒性、细胞增殖及小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ细胞因子分泌水平的影响。结果显示,PCP浓度为1.95μg/mL~31.25μg/mL时,对鸡外周血淋巴细胞和小鼠脾淋巴细胞无毒性,能促进鸡外周血淋巴细胞和小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2、IL-10、IFN-γ等细胞因子,表明PCP在体外具有较好的免疫增强活性。To study the effect of Polygonum cillinerve polysaccharide(PCP) on the immune activity of chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes and spleen lymphocytes of mice, MTT,ELISA and other methods were used in the test.The toxicity of PCP on peripheral blood lymphocytes of chickens and spleen lymphocytes of mice, cell proliferation, and the secretion levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ of spleen lymphocytes of mice were determined.The results showed that PCP concentration in the range of 1.95 μg/mL-31.25 μg/mL had no toxic effect on chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes and mouse spleen lymphocytes.It can promote proliferation of chicken peripheral blood lymphocytes and mouse spleen lymphocytes.It can promote the secretion levels of spleen lymphocyte factors IL-2,IL-10 and IFN-γ in mice.The results showed that PCP had better immune enhancement activity in vitro.
