摘 要:为了解河南地区规模化奶牛场牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus, BVDV)的感染情况及主要基因型,用商品化酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒对来自河南省14个市和不同地区的40个规模化奶牛养殖场共5 486份血清中BVDV抗原进行检测,同时对ELISA方法检测的97份抗原阳性样本,用套式逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(nRT-PCR)进行BVDV抗原检测和基因分型。结果表明,A10奶牛场BVDV抗原阳性率最高,为7.8%(11/141),A11、A17奶牛场BVDV抗原阳性率最低,为0.66%(1/151)。不同牛场的BVDV抗原阳性率为0~7.8%,平均阳性率为1.77%;河南地区牛病毒性腹泻病毒的基因型均为BVDV-1型,未发现其他基因型。提示BVDV在河南省规模化奶牛场存在,但不同地区、不同牛场的BVDV阳性率不同,主要以BVDV-1型感染为主。In order to understand the infection status and main genotypes of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) in large-scale dairy farms in Henan, commercialized enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect BVDV antigen in a total of 5486 sera from 40 large-scale dairy farms in 14 cities and different regions of Henan province, 97 antigen-positive samples detected by ELISA method and gene detection using nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(nRT-PCR).The results showed that: A10 dairy farms, the highest BVDV antigen positive rate was 7.8%(11/141),A11,A17 dairy farms, the lowest BVDV antigen positive rate was 0.66%(1/151).The positive rates of BVDV antigen in different cattle farms were 0-7.8%,and the average positive rate was 1.77%;the genotypes of BVDV in Henan area were all BVDV-1,and no others were found.The results of the study suggest that BVDV exists in large-scale dairy farms in Henan province, but there are differences in the positive rates of BVDV in different regions and cattle farms, mainly based BVDV-1 infection.
