摘 要:为了解宠物犬的布鲁氏菌感染情况及其对人类健康的潜在危害,于2018年-2020年,从我国16个城市收集1 368份宠物犬血清,采用虎红平板凝集试验进行检测,比较不同城市、月份、宠物犬性别和饲养条件的布鲁氏菌抗体阳性率。结果显示,宠物犬血清中既检测到光滑型布鲁氏菌抗体,又检测到粗糙型布鲁氏菌抗体,抗体阳性血清样品数分别为5份和9份,阳性率分别为0.36%和0.66%,距离牧区较近的成都市、重庆市和昆明市抗体阳性率高于其他城市,3月份和5月份的布鲁氏菌抗体阳性数量最多,宠物医院和农户的宠物犬感染布鲁氏菌的几率高于犬场。结果表明,宠物犬感染布鲁氏菌的情况较为复杂,布鲁氏菌感染率在时间、空间和饲养条件方面存在差异,调查结果为提高大众的公共卫生安全意识敲响警钟。To better understand the Brucellainfection in pet dogs and its potential harm to human health,1368serum samples of pet dogs were collected in 16cities of China from 2018-2020.Smooth and rough Rose Bengal plate agglutination test was used in screening study of all collected samples.Seroprevalence of Brucellawas compared among cities,months,genders of pet dogs and feeding conditions.The results showed that both smooth and rough type RBT antibodies were detected in pet dogs.The number of seropositive samples of smooth and rough RBT were 5and 9respectively,and the seroprevalence were 0.36%and 0.66%,respectively.Chengdu,Chongqing and Kunming,which are near by pastoral areas,had higher seroprevalence than other cities.Seroprevalence of Brucella was higher in March and May than in other months,it was higher in pet hospitals and household dogs than in breeding farms.This investigation showed that the infection of Brucellain pet dogs is complicated and there are differences in time,space and feeding conditions.This investigation contributes to improve the public health and safety awareness.
