公英翘芦散对奶牛乳房炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察中兽药制剂公英翘芦散对奶牛乳房炎的临床治疗效果,选用40头患有临床乳房炎的奶牛,随机分为公英翘芦散高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组以及公英散对照组。每组各10头,用灌胃法对不同组奶牛分别灌服不同剂量药物,每日1次,连续灌服7 d,对治疗前后患病奶牛进行乳样体细胞计数及临床治疗效果观察。结果显示,与治疗前相比,4个组均可显著降低乳样体细胞数(P<0.01);高剂量组与中剂量组与其他2组之间体细胞数存在极显著差异(P<0.01),有效治愈率均为100%。低剂量组与公英散之间则无显著性差异(P>0.05),有效治愈率为88.89%。表明公英翘芦散对奶牛乳房炎有良好的临床治疗效果。In order to observe the clinical treatment effect of the Chinese veterinary drug "Gongying Qiaolu powder" on dairy cow mastitis, 40 dairy cows with clinical mastitis were selected in this experiment and randomly divided into high-dose group, medium-dose group, and low-dose group.The low-dose group and the Gongying powder control group, each with 10 heads, were administered with different doses of drugs to the dairy cows in different experimental groups by gavage, once a day for 7 consecutive days.The milk somatic cell counts and clinical observation of the sick cows before and after treatment were performed.The results showed that compared with before treatment, the four groups could significantly reduce the number of somatic cells in the milk samples(P<0.01);Among the groups, there was a very significant difference in the number of somatic cells between the high-dose group, the middle-dose group of Gongying Qiaolu powder and the other two groups(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the low-dose group and the Gongying powder group.(P>0.05);the effective cure rate of both the high-dose group and the middle-dose group was 100%,and the effective cure rate of the low-dose group was 88.89%.The results showed that Gongying Qiaolu powder has a good clinical treatment effect on dairy cow mastitis.
