渭南市部分猪场猪瘟血清抗体调查及分析

摘　　要：猪瘟一直被认为是危害猪产业发展的主要传染病之一。为了解渭南市猪场猪瘟免疫情况,制定合理的防控措施,采集周边养殖场猪血清样品363份,采用酶联免疫吸附试验进行猪瘟病毒抗体检测,结果显示猪瘟病毒抗体阳性率82.92%,其中规模化养殖场猪瘟免疫效果较好,抗体阳性率为97.69%,适度规模场和散养户抗体阳性率分别为80.61%和70.37%,均高于部颁标准。同时分类统计不同生长阶段的检测结果,母猪抗体阳性率为91.78%,高于保育猪和育肥猪。从检测结果来看,虽然猪瘟退出国家强制免疫病种,但养殖场户防控并未松懈,猪瘟总体免疫效果较好,这为进一步做好猪瘟科学防控提供参考。Classical swine fever has been regarded as one of the major infectious diseases endangering industrial development.In order to understand the immune status and immune effect of Classical swine fever in Weinan area, formulate reasonable prevention and control measures, 363 swine serum samples were taken from pig farms for classical swine fever virus antibody test by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that the positive rate of classical swine fever virus antibody was 82.92%,the immune effect of large-scale farms was better, and the antibody positive rate was 97.69%,the antibody positive rates of moderate scale farms and scattered-feed pigs were 80.61% and 70.37%,respectively, which were higher than that of the ministry standard.At the same time, the detection results at different growth stages were classified and counted, and the positive rate of sow antibody was 91.78%,which was higher than that of nursery pigs and fattening pigs.From the test results, although classical swine fever exited from the national compulsory immunization disease list, but the prevention and control of classical swine fever did not relax, the overall immune effect of classical swine fever was better.This result provided reference for further scientific prevention and control of classical swine fever.
