摘  要:对某养殖户送检的腹泻病死鹅进行病原分离鉴定、耐药性和致病性分析。结果分离到1株革兰氏阴性细小杆菌,该菌16S rRNA的序列与GenBank上登录号为NR-026331.1福氏志贺氏菌的同源性为99.38%,确定该菌为福氏志贺氏菌。该菌对头孢西丁、头孢曲松、头孢噻呋钠等敏感。该菌含有卡那霉素类耐药基因aadA1、β-内酰胺酶类耐药基因blatem-1以及磺胺类耐药基因Sul1,并含有编码调控蛋白的基因vira、编码黏附与侵入肠黏膜细胞肠毒性因子基因Ia1以及编码志贺氏菌肠毒素1基因set1B。The pathogenic isolation and identification,drug resistance and pathogenicity analysis were carried out on the dead geese caused by enteritis and diarrhea.Results showed that a Gram-negative tiny bacterial strain was isolated.The sequence of 16S rRNA was 99.38%identical with that of NR-026331.1 Shigella flexneri in GenBank.Therefore,it was identified as Shigella flexneri.The strain was sensitive to cefoxitin,ceftriaxone and ceftiofur sodium.It contains the kanamycin-resistant gene aadA1,theβ-lactam enzyme-resistant gene blatem-1 and sulfonamide-resistant gene Sul1.The bacterium contains vira,which codes for multiple regulatory protein genes,Ia1,which codes for adhesion and invasion of enterocyte enterotoxin gene,and set1B,which codes for Shigella enterotoxin 1 gene.
