摘 要:制备地美硝唑-3,4-二羟基苯甲酸共晶(DMZ-3,4-DHBA)并进行表征分析。利用球磨法制备地美硝唑-3,4-二羟基苯甲酸共晶,冷却结晶-缓慢挥发法培养单晶,并通过粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、单晶X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、差示量热扫描(DSC)对共晶进行表征分析。结果显示,球磨法制备的DMZ-3,4-DHBA为淡黄色粉末,单晶为棱角分明的块状晶体,属于单斜晶系Cc空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.71008(8)nm,b=1.36465(13)nm,c=1.30990(12)nm,α=γ=90°,β=98.280°;DMZ-3,4-DHBA中DMZ的-NO_(2)与3,4-DHBA的-OH之间形成了氢键,DMZ-3,4-DHBA熔点为173℃。结果表明,成功制备了DMZ-3,4-DHBA,丰富了地美硝唑的晶体形式,并为其药理学和稳定性研究奠定了基础。The dimetronidazole-3,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid cocrystal(DMZ-3,4-DHBA)was prepared and characterized.In this experiment,the cocrystal of dimetronidazole-3,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid was prepared by ball milling method,and the single crystal was cultivated by cooling crystallization slow volatilization method.The cocrystal was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),single crystal X-ray diffraction(SCXRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).DMZ-3,4-DHBA belongs to monoclinic space group Cc,with a=0.71008(8)nm,b=1.36465(13)nm,c=1.30990(12)nm,α=γ=90°andβ=98.280°crystal cell parameters.The DMZ-3,4-DHBA prepared by ball-milling is a light yellow powder and the single crystal is angular and massive.The Hydrogen bonds are formed between the-NO2 of DMZ in DMZ-3,4-DHBA and the-OH of3,4-DHBA.The melting point of DMZ-3,4-DHBA is 173℃.The results showed that the cocrystal of dimetronidazole was successfully prepared,which provided the basis for the subsequent research.
