摘  要:转录因子EB(TFEB)是小眼畸形相关转录因子家族成员,在多种类型细胞中均有表达,参与调控机体多种重要的细胞生理过程,作为主要调节因子在溶酶体生物发生和自噬过程发挥重要作用。TFEB的亚细胞定位和转录调控活性与其特异位点的磷酸化修饰密切相关。TFEB与多种肿瘤、神经退行性疾病和代谢性疾病等发生发展密切相关。因此,对TFEB的结构特点、功能、调控机制及其在相关疾病中的作用进行综述,以期能够为相关疾病的发生机制及治疗研究提供理论参考。The transcription factor EB is a member of the MiTF/TFE family of helix-loop-helix leucine-zipper transcription factors.It exists widely in the body and participates in the regulation of many important cellular physiological processes.It is important in the process of autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis.The subcellular localization and transcription regulation activity of TFEB is closely related to the phosphorylation modification of its specific site.TFEB is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors,neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic diseases.Therefore,the structural characteristics,functions,regulatory mechanisms and roles of TFEB in related diseases are reviewed in order to provide important theoretical basis and ideas for the occurrence and treatment of related diseases.
