摘　　要：调查了解甘肃省部分名猪场猪乙型脑炎(JE)的流行情况。对甘肃省未进行猪乙型脑炎疫苗预防接种的10个中小型规模猪场的1523份血清和组织样品进行猪乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)抗体和病毒核酸检测,同时开展了乙型脑炎与猪其他垂直传播病毒的混合感染检测。结果表明,JEV抗体场阳性率为100%,个体阳性率为78.72%;JEV核酸的场阳性率秋季(50%)高于春季(40%),个体阳性率秋季(6.26%)高于春季(5.41%)。30%的中小规模场存在JEV和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)等2~5种病原的混合感染。甘肃省猪场的猪乙型脑炎感染有加重的趋势,感染情况秋季比春季更加严重,所以,在秋季应更加重视该病的防控工作。The purpose of this study was to understand the prevalence of Japanese encephalitis in Gansu province.1523 serum and tissue samples from 10 small and medium-sized pig farms were tested for JEV antibody and viral nucleic acid.The mixed infections of JEV and other vertically-transmitted viruses in pigs were detected at the same time.The farm positive rate of JEV antibody was 100%and the individual positive rate was 78.72%.The farm positive rate of JEV nucleic acid in autumn(50%)was higher than that in spring(40%),and the individual positive rate in autumn(6.26%)was higher than that in spring(5.41%).In 30%of small and medium scale farms,JEV and PRRSV,PRV,PPV and other two to five pathogens were co-infected.JEV infection was becoming increasingly serious in Gansu province.The infection in autumn was more serious than in spring.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the prevention and control of this disease in autumn.
