摘　　要：为诊断蛋鸡新城疫病毒、H9亚型禽流感病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒混合感染病例,在流行病学、临床诊断和尸体剖检的基础上,通过胶体金试纸条检测、病理组织学检查及PCR对该病例进行实验室诊断。结果显示,病鸡精神沉郁,被毛粗乱,体型消瘦,伏地不起,叫声低沉,拉黄绿色稀粪。眼观病变为空肠淋巴滤泡和盲肠扁桃体肿胀,胰腺坏死,法氏囊肿大,腿肌出血。显微镜下表现为空肠固有层淋巴细胞数量增多,盲肠扁桃体内淋巴细胞数量增多,法氏囊囊小结淋巴细胞数量减少,周围有炎性细胞浸润。PCR扩增出3个目的基因片段(535、488、720 bp),经NCBI Blast比对分析,3个片段序列分别与NDV、H9亚型AIV和IBDV相似性最高。胶体金检测显示NDV和AIV阳性。据病理学及病原学诊断结果判定该病例为蛋鸡新城疫病毒、H9亚型禽流感病毒和传染性法氏囊病病毒混合感染。To diagnose a mixed infection of Newcastle disease virus,H9 subtype avian influenza virus and infectious bursal disease virus in layers,on the basis of epidemiology,clinical diagnosis and autopsy,the laboratory diagnosis through colloidal gold test,histopathological examination and PCR were conducted.The results showed that the sick chickens were depressed with coarse and disorderly hair,thin body,prostrating on the ground,and yellow-green feces.The gross lesions showed swelling of jejunal lymphatic follicles and cecal tonsils,pancreatic necrosis,swelling of bursa of Fabricius,bleeding of the crureus.The histopathological lesions showed that the lymphocytes in the jejunal lamina propria and cecal tonsils increased;the lymphocytes in the nodules of bursa of Fabricius decreased,and inflammatory cells infiltrated in the surrounding of bursa nodules.Three target gene fragments(535 bp,488 bp and 720 bp)were successfully amplified by PCR.The NCBI BLAST comparison analysis showed that three fragments had the highest similarity with NDV,H9 subtype AIV and IBDV,respectively.The colloidal gold test showed that sick chickens were positive for NDV and AIV.According to the pathological and etiological diagnosis,the case was determined to be the mixed infection of NDV,H9 subtype AIV and IBDV.
