犬皮脂腺炎继发脓皮症的脾胃论治病例报告

摘　　要：皮脂腺炎在中青年贵宾犬和秋田犬等品种中发病率高,常引起脱毛,皮肤和被毛油腻并伴有丘疹脓包等皮肤症状,一旦发病难以控制和治愈,及早诊断和治疗有助于改善预后。若继发细菌感染,可能会引发脓皮症。通过中兽医辨证论治的方法,针对1例秋田犬西医治疗皮脂腺炎继发局部脓皮症无效的病例进行中兽医诊治,其皮肤症状明显,并伴有脾胃不和的问题,在中兽医整体观理论指导下,从调理脾胃入手,通调气血脏腑,在达到脾胃升降有序的同时,皮肤症状也得到了明显改善。Sebaceous adenities are rare in canine,but have the highest incidence in young and middle-aged poodles,Akita dogs,etc.It often causes alopecia,greasy skin and presents with papules and pustules.This disease is hard to control and cure once it happens.Early diagnosis and treatment can help improve the prognosis.If a secondary bacterial infection occurs,it may cause pyoderma.By the method of pattern differentiation and treatment from Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine(TCVM),TCVM method was used in this case since the western medicine was useless in curing pyoderma secondary to sebaceous adenities,with significant skin symptoms and spleen-stomach discord.Under the guidance of the Holism from TCVM,regulating the Spleen and Stomach and coordinating Qi,Blood and the Zang-Fu Organs can not only help Spleen and Stomach act in conjunction harmoniously but the skin problems get significant improvement.
