西安市部分奶山羊养殖场羊传染性胸膜肺炎抗体检测及分析

摘　　要：为调查西安市奶山羊传染性胸膜肺炎流行情况,分别从临潼区、高陵区和阎良区随机采集均未经过山羊传染性胸膜肺炎疫苗免疫的奶山羊血清1013份。利用山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种抗体检测试剂盒和山羊感染绵羊肺炎支原体抗体检测试剂盒进行血清抗体检测。结果表明,临潼区、高陵区和阎良区山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种抗体阳性率分别为7.07%、16.56%和6.6%,总体阳性率为8.29%;山羊感染绵羊肺炎支原体抗体阳性率分别为19.19%、30.06%和21.17%,总体阳性率为22.21%;两种支原体混合感染阳性率分别为2.53%、4.91%和0.61%,总体阳性率为1.68%。检测结果说明西安市奶山羊养殖场存在山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种和山羊的绵羊肺炎支原体感染率,并以山羊的绵羊肺炎支原体感染为主,应该制定相应的防控措施控制疫情。In order to investigate the prevalence of infectious contagious caprine pleuropneumonia(CCPP)in dairy goats in Xi'an,1013 serum samples of dairy goats that have not been immunized with CCPP vaccine were randomly collected from Lintong dstrict,Gaoling district,and Yanliang district.Antibody detection kits for Mycoplasma capricolum subsp.capripneumoniae(Mccp)and Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae(Mo)were used to detect antibodies in sera.The results showed that the positive rates of Mccp antibodies in Lintong,Gaoling,and Yanliang districts were 7.07%,16.56%,and 6.6%,the overall positive rate was 8.29%;the positive rates of Mo antibodies were 19.19%,30.06%,and 21.17%,the overall positive rate was 22.21%.The mixed infection positive rates of the two were 2.52%,4.91%,and 0.61%,respectively,and the overall positive rate was 1.68%.It showed that the dairy goats in Xi'an have high infection rates of Mccp and Mo,and the main infection is Mo,corresponding prevention and control measures should be formulated to control the epidemic.
