摘　　要：目的:制备聚多巴胺温敏水凝胶敷料(PDA@PPP)并研究其抗菌性能。方法:采用温敏水凝胶(PLGA-PEG-PLGA)负载聚多巴胺纳米颗粒(PDA-NPs),制得PDA@PPP;通过光热成像实验评价PDA@PPP水凝胶敷料的光热效果;通过细菌活性实验评价PDA@PPP水凝胶敷料的抗菌性能;通过细胞毒性实验评价敷料的生物安全性。结果:PDA@PPP温敏水凝胶能在808 nm近红外光激发下迅速升温,对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌及其生物被膜有高效的杀灭和清除效果,同时PDA@PPP温敏水凝胶对细胞活性无明显影响。结论:PDA@PPP温敏水凝胶敷料具有高效的光热性能、抗菌活性和良好的生物相容性,为感染性伤口敷料的设计提供了全新思路。Objective:The aim of this study is to prepare a polydopamine temperature-sensitive hydrogel dressing(PDA@PPP) and to study its antibacterial activity. Methods: In this experiment, polydopamine temperature-sensitive hydrogel dressing(PDA@PPP) was prepared by using PLGA-PEG-PLGA hydrogel-supported polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA-NPs);the photothermal effect of PDA@PPP hydrogel dressing was identified by photothermal imaging experiments;the antibacterial activity of PDA@PPP hydrogel dressing were identified by bacterial activity test;and the biosafety of the dressing was verified by cytotoxicity test. Results: PDA@PPP temperature-sensitive hydrogel can be rapidly heated up under the excitation of 808 nm near-infrared light, and has an efficient killing and removal effect on E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and their biofilm. Conclusion:PDA@PPP temperature-sensitive hydrogel dressing has high photothermal properties, antibacterial activity and good biocompatibility, which provides a new idea for the design of infectious wound dressing.
