摘　　要：基于历史社会学分析我国工程造价管理模式在时间轴上的演变历程,梳理不同历史时期下我国工程造价管理发展脉络及其特征,进而提出新时代新形势下形成以市场化改革为核心的“政府——企业——个人”相融共生的工程造价管理生态体系,其中,政府规制保障工程造价管理的基本秩序,企业自治夯实工程造价管理的微观基础,个人执业昭示工程造价管理的未来方向。Based on historical sociology,this paper analyzes the evolution of China’s project cost management mode on the time axis,combs the development context and characteristics of China’s project cost management in different historical periods,and then puts forward the formation of a‘government-enterprise-individual’symbiotic project cost management ecological system with market-oriented reform as the core under the new era.Among them,government regulation ensures the basic order of project cost management,enterprise autonomy consolidates the micro foundation of project cost management,and individual practice shows the future direction of project cost management.
