摘　　要：选择合适的设计-建造承包商对工程项目的成功至关重要。与采用传统模式实施的工程项目相比,设计-建造项目中承包商的选择包括了业主对设计方案、施工方案、价格等多要素的比选,在选择程序、选择方法、评价指标等方面都有很大的差别。结合国际工程惯例,主要分析如何在设计-建造工程项目中选择最合适的承包商。研究成果有利于业主选择到更合适的设计-建造承包商,也能够为我国承包商参与设计-建造国际工程项目的投标提供参考。Selecting a proper design-builder is critical to project success.In comparison to traditional construction project,the design-builder selection includes the evaluation of design proposal,construction plan and price,in turn there are many differences in the selection process,method and evaluation criteria.This paper analyzes how to select the most appropriate design-builder according to the international construction practice.The findings are helpful for the client to select the most competitive design-builder and for the contractor to participate in the implementation of international design-build construction project.
