摘　　要：通过约束理论的引入并结合建筑工程收入确认的特殊性,提出分析、解决建筑施工企业多项目资金计划问题的方法,从而达到优化建筑施工企业资金管理的目的。结合建筑施工企业经营现状,通过对单一项目和多项目建筑工程时间-资金计划分析,应用约束理论识别建筑施工企业资金瓶颈及约束,进而建立基于约束理论的建筑施工企业多项目资金计划的多目标规划数学模型,并运用LINGO软件对模型求解,得到合理的资金计划安排。This paper proposes the method of analyzing and solving the problem of multi-project funds plan for construction enterprises in accordance with the theory of constraints and in combination with the particularity of construction project revenue recognition to improve the level of capital management of construction companies.Combines the operating status of construction enterprises,and based on the analysis of single project and multi-project construction engineering time-fund plans,identifies bottlenecks and resource constraints in accordance with the theory of constraints.Moreover,builds a multi-objective planning mathematical model of multi-project funds plan for construction enterprises based on the theory of constraints,and solves the model in combination with the case using the LINGO software to achieve reasonable funding plan arrangement.
