摘　　要：文章通过简要梳理我国企业海外投标报价计算方法,分析一些中资企业所采用方法的明显不足之处;通过比较国内外工程项目造价构成,基于国内造价构成重新划分了海外造价组成;结合海外工程项目投标实践,提出妥善采用实物法和基于定额的生产要素修正法,结合新经验、新方法计算海外项目投标报价。该方法在海外工程实践中得到了相对较好的效果,说明了该方法具有一定的科学合理性。同时文章依据国际工程实践经验进一步对报价计算的注意事项和要点着重说明,以期为我国已涉入或初步进入国际市场的工程企业计算投标报价提供借鉴。By briefly sorting out the calculation methods of overseas bidding quotations of Chinese enterprises, this paper analyzes and points out the obvious shortcomings of the methods adopted by some Chinese-funded enterprises. At the same time, by comparing the cost composition of domestic and foreign engineering projects, the overseas cost composition is redivided based on the domestic cost composition, and then combined with the practice of overseas project bidding, it is proposed to properly adopt a physical method and a quota-based production factor modifying method, combining new experience and new methods to calculate overseas project bidding prices. This method has obtained relatively good results in overseas engineering practice, which shows that the method adopted has certain scientific rationality. At the same time,based on the practical experience of international engineering, the precautions and key points of the quotation calculation are further emphasized, in order to provide reference for the calculation of bid quotations for engineering companies that have entered or initially entered the international market.
