摘 要:随着工程造价行业去定额化的改革,未来的造价管理将逐渐市场化。在这种背景下,快速精准地建立企业自身的造价指标数据库,将成为控制企业成本、提升报价竞争力的关键所在。文章以某框架结构建筑为例,阐述了搭建企业成本指标数据库的方法,并结合使用门槛最低、综合优点最多的Excel软件及工具来操作处理,详细提取了关键技术信息、造价数据等,通过汇总各单体分部分项清单、对清单项进行归类、清洗无效数据、数据输出等处理,得到了适合企业应用的造价指标数据库,大大简化了数据的烦琐整理过程,实现了造价成本精细化管理。该方法可应用于小型、大型乃至超大型项目的造价指标分析,对于提高工作效率和运算准确率具有参考价值。With the reform of engineering cost industry de-quota, the future cost management will be gradually marketoriented. In this context, how to quickly and accurately establish their own cost index database, will become the key to enterprise cost control, improve the competitiveness of quotation. Taking a frame structure building as an example, this paper expounds the method of building enterprise cost index database, and uses Excel software and tools with the lowest threshold and most comprehensive advantages to operate and process, and extracts key technical information and cost data in detail.By summarizing the partial itemized list of each unit, categorizing the list items, cleaning invalid data, data output and other processing processes, the cost index database suitable for enterprise application is obtained, which greatly simplifies the tedious sorting process of data and achieves the fine management of cost and cost. This method can be applied to the cost index analysis of small, large and even super large projects, which has a guiding significance for improving work efficiency and accuracy.
