摘  要:随着钢管桩支架在我国桥梁施工过程中越来越广泛的应用,其结构形式、规模等也有了比以往更多的经验。但实际施工的过程中,由于受施工成本、施工工期及客观施工环境等的影响,导致某些钢管桩支架首次设计并不能满足施工需要。现以实际工程项目为例,研究对系杆拱桥现浇系及拱肋支架钢管桩方案进行二次优化设计,以达到节省施工成本、加快施工进度、减少噪音污染的作用。为类似工程施工提供参考。With the more and more extensive application of steel pipe pile support in bridge construction in China,its structural form and scale also have more experience than before.However,in the actual construction process,due to the influence of construction cost,construction period and objective construction environment,the first design of some steel pipe pile supports can not meet the construction needs.Taking the actual project as an example,this paper studies the secondary optimization design of the cast-in-situ system of tied arch bridge and the steel pipe pile scheme of arch rib support,so as to save construction cost,speed up construction progress and reduce noise pollution.Provide reference for similar engineering construction.
