摘　　要：基于2021年我国市场主体新增注册、新增注销、新增融资、新增知识产权和新增违规失信等方面的公开数据,应用“市场主体注销注册比”“市场主体净增新增比”“市场主体生存指数”等指标,对我国市场主体总体及分区域、分行业的发展活力状况进行系统分析,客观反映在“需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱”三重压力下,2021年不同区域、不同行业市场主体的发展特点,并对进一步培育市场主体和增强市场主体发展活力提出建议。Based on the public data of 2021 on new registrations,new cancellations,new financing,new intellectual property rights,and new violations and dishonesty of market entities in China,this article systematically analyzes the development vitality of China’s market entities as a whole and of different regions and industries by applying indicators such as“market entities cancellation and registration ratio”,“market entities net increase and new increase ratio”and“market entities survival index”,etc.It objectively reflects the development characteristics of market entities in different regions and industries in 2021 under the three pressures of“shrinking demand,supply shock,and weakening expectations”and puts forward suggestions for further cultivating market entities and enhancing their development vitality.
