摘  要:在控压钻井过程中,常规钻井节流阀压降梯度大,冲蚀较强,在开关度控制精度为3%~5%时误差大,达不到精细控压工艺要求。针对上述问题,利用CAD和流体仿真软件建立油田常用PFF系列直通式平板节流阀的力学模型,对其在不同开度下的阀芯压降变化进行分析,仿真结果和现场实际记录结果相符。在基于分流减压的优化方案后,对阀板结构进行改进,新型节流阀阀孔设计为盾牌形。优化结果表明:新型直通式平板节流阀在现场常用的开度区间(20%~40%)内压降呈线性变化趋势,相关性可达88%以上。此优化方案大大延长了节流阀的工作寿命。In the process of managed pressure drilling,the conventional drilling throttle valve has a large pressure drop gradient and strong erosion,and the error is large when the switching degree control precision is 3% ~ 5%,which can not meet the requirements of fine pressure control technology.To solve the above problems,the mechanical model of PFF series straight-through flat plate throttle valve was established by using CAD and fluid simulation software,and the change of spool pressure drop under different opening degrees was analyzed.The simulation results were consistent with the actual recorded results.After optimization scheme based on shunt decompression,a new shield typethrottle valve hole was designed.The optimization results show that the pressure drop of the new straight-through flat plate throttle valve in the commonly opening range(20% ~ 40%) is linear changed,the pressure drop correlation can reach more than 88%,the optimized scheme greatly extends the life of the throttle valve.
