摘  要:针对机翼蒙皮打孔的表面多为不规则曲面,且不同位置工件厚度不均匀导致有些位置的沉头螺钉不能按要求完全沉入曲面的问题,在特征主基面相交特征识别算法的基础上,引入几何信息提取算法,提出一种根据曲面表面不同位置的制孔点自动判别打孔深度的方法,从而保证不同位置的螺钉头外形尺寸完全沉入。在CATIA/CAA平台下并利用Visual Studio平台,开发了智能沉头功能,弥补了之前只能在规则曲面打孔的等深度沉头功能的不足。该方法能够更好地适用于工程应用中,满足实际生产要求,提高生产效率。In view of the problem that the surface of the wing skin drilling is irregular and the thickness of the workpiece in different positions is uneven,the countersunk screw in different positions cannot sink into the surface completely,based on the recognition algorithm of the intersection feature of the main base surface,the geometric information extraction method was introduced,and a method of automatically determining the punch depth according to the different points of the camber surface was proposed.Thus,the screw head can completely sunk in the overall dimension.Under CATIA/CAA platform,by utilizing the Visual Studio platform,the intelligent countersunk head function was developed,which made up for the shortage of the equal depth countersunk function that could only be drilled on regular surface before.The results of the example show that the method can be better applied to engineering application,to meet the actual production requirements and improve the production efficiency.
