摘　　要：针对涤棉纺织品产量较大但回收量较低的问题,立足于可持续发展,对废旧涤棉纺织品的回收再利用方法进行总结归纳。论述国内外废旧纺织品回收再利用状况,归纳中国和部分发达国家为保护环境、减少资源浪费而制定的一系列环保政策。针对目前中国废旧纺织品回收利用体系存在的一些问题,给出合理化建议,为废旧纺织品循环再生模式的规范建设提供参考。In the face of the huge yield and low recycling rate of polyester and cotton textiles,based on sustainable development,the recycling and reuse methods of waste polyester and cotton textiles were summarized.This paper discussed the recycling and reuse status of waste textiles,and summarized a series of environmental protection policies formulated by China and some advanced countries to protect the environment and reduce resource waste.In view of the existing problems in the current recycling and reuse system of waste textiles in China,some reasonable suggestions were given in order to provide some inspiration for the standardized construction of recycling mode of waste textiles in China.
