摘  要:本研究以旱地冬小麦品种商麦1619为试验材料,在大田条件下设置4个施肥水平(75 kg/hm~2、150 kg/hm~2、225 kg/hm~2、300 kg/hm~2)和3个种植密度(1 hm~2 1.35×10~6株,1 hm~2 1.80×10~6株,1 hm~2 2.25×10~6株),探究肥密互作对商麦1619旗叶光合特性、干物质积累和产量的影响。结果表明,随着施肥量(150~300 kg/hm~2)、种植密度的增加,开花期、灌浆中期、灌浆后期的商麦1619旗叶净光合速率(P)、SPAD值整体呈上升趋势,施肥量为300 kg/hm~2、种植密度为1 hm~2 2.25×10~6株时达到最大值。商麦1619籽粒产量随着施肥量、种植密度的增加总体呈先增后减的变化趋势。施肥量为225 kg/hm~2、种植密度为1 hm~2 2.25×10~6株条件下商麦1619产量最高,为5 790.35 kg/hm~2。商麦1619籽粒产量与旗叶净光合速率、SPAD值、地上部干物质积累量均在0.01水平呈正相关。本研究结果可为商麦1619的进一步示范推广提供指导。Using dryland winter wheat Shangmai 1619 as experimental material, four fertilization levels(75 kg/hm~2, 150 kg/hm~2, 225 kg/hm~2, 300 kg/hm~2) and three planting densities(1.35×10~6 plants per hectare, 1.80×10~6 plants per hectare, 2.25×10~6 plants per hectare) were applied to investigate the effects of fertilizer and density interaction on the photosynthetic characteristics, dry matter accumulation and yield of Shangmai 1619 under field conditions. The results indicated that the net photosynthetic rate(P) and SPAD values of flag leaves at flowering, mid-filling and late-filling stages showed an overall upward trend with the increase of fertilization(150-300 kg/hm~2)and planting density. All of them reached the peak with the fertilizer of 300 kg/hm~2 and density of 2.25×10~6 plants per hectare. With the increase of fertilization and planting density, the grain yield of Shangmai 1619 increased first and then decreased. Shangmai 1619 reached its highest yield(5 790.35 kg/hm~2) with the fertilizer of 225 kg/hm~2 and density of 2.25×10~6 plants per hectare. The grain yield of Shangmai 1619 was positively correlated with P, SPAD value of flag leaves and dry matter accumulation at 0.01 level. The results can provide guidance for further promotion of Shangmai 1619.
