摘  要:氯是煤中重要的有害微量元素之一,在煤的热解,燃烧和气化过程中,煤中的氯经复杂的化学变化转移到烟气中,形成多种含氯物质如HCl、Cl_(2)、无机盐等,这不仅造成环境的严重污染,危害人类的健康,同时氯元素的挥发会引起锅炉及尾部受热面的玷污结渣以及腐蚀问题,形成安全隐患。因此,了解煤中氯的测定方法,赋存形态,释放规律及控制技术对煤炭清洁利用很有帮助。本文对国内外煤中氯的赋存与转化规律研究进行了综述,介绍了煤中氯的来源及危害。并整理和比较了国内外煤中氯的测定方法的原理及其优缺点,论述了煤中氯的赋存形态、分布规律,以及煤中氯在燃烧和热解中的释放特性、脱除方法等研究进展,本文有助于促进该领域的深入研究,对理解氯的来源以及沿程控制很有裨益。Chlorine is one of the important harmful trace elements in coal.In the process of pyrolysis,combustion and gasification of coal,chlorine in coal is transferred to flue gas through complex chemical changes to form a variety of chlorine-containing substances such as HCl,Cl_(2),inorganic salt and so on,which not only causes serious environmental pollution and endangers human health,but also causes the contamination,slagging and corrosion of boiler and tail heating surface,and forms safety hidden dangers.Understanding the determination method,occurrence form,release law and control technology of chlorine in coal is very helpful to the clean utilization of coal.In this paper,the occurrence and transformation of chlorine in coal at home and abroad are reviewed,and the source and harm of chlorine in coal are introduced.The principle,advantages and disadvantages of determination methods of chlorine in coal at home and abroad are sorted out and compared,and the occurrence form and distribution law of chlorine in coal,as well as the release characteristics and removal methods of chlorine in coal in combustion and pyrolysis are discussed.This paper is helpful to promote the further research in this field and is very beneficial to understand the source of chlorine and the control along the process.
