摘　　要：针对原油集输系统腐蚀结垢问题,要从不相容理论、热力学条件变化理论、吸附理论等方面分析其产生原理,并有效评估造成腐蚀结垢的影响因素,并从双线流程处理、异水型水分开输送、内腐蚀处理、非金属管道替代处理等方面开展具体防治工作,有效减少结垢造成的质量问题。Aiming at the problem of corrosion and scaling in crude oil gathering and transportation systems,the principle of formation should be analyzed from the aspects of incompatibility theory,thermodynamic condition change theory,adsorption theory,etc.,and the influencing factors of corrosion and scaling should be effectively evaluated.Carry out specific prevention and control work in the aspects of separate transportation of different types of water,internal corrosion treatment,non-metallic pipeline replacement treatment,etc.,to effectively reduce the quality problems caused by scaling.
