摘 要:采用有限元方法对某型低速机活塞温度场进行仿真计算.根据低速机活塞的结构特点,研究低速机活塞温度场测试方法,设计测点布置方案及试验件.应用无线温度测试系统,通过关键测点的温度测量,进行实机试验,验证了仿真结果的准确性.The finite element method was used to simulate the temperature field of a low-speed engine piston.According to the structural characteristics of low-speed engine piston,the test method of temperature field of low-speed engine piston was studied,and the layout scheme of measuring points and test pieces were designed.The wireless temperature test system was used to measure the temperature of key measuring points.The accuracy of the simulation results was verified by the real machine test.
