摘 要:文中提出一种将高斯过程回归模型与可靠指标矢量法和PNET法相结合的体系可靠度分析方法.该方法采用拉丁超立方抽样获取原始样本输入数据,通过有限元软件计算得到对应的样本输出数据从而构建GPR模型来作为结构真实极限状态的替代模型,以可靠指标矢量法得到的相关系数矩阵体现失效模式间的相关性并用PNET法对其求解得到结构的体系可靠指标.通过结构算例验证了方法的合理性,并对连续梁桥的体系可靠度进行了研究.在此基础上采用遗传算法对以桥梁服役期内服务水平达标为约束条件,以全寿命周期内的最低维护成本为目标函数建立的桥梁维护模型进行求解,得到了满足服务水平的最优维护方案.In the reliability analysis of complex bridge structures,it is difficult to reconstruct the implicit limit state function,how to consider the correlation among various failure modes in the system,and how to make the maintenance plan in the whole life cycle of the bridge are the key issues.A system reliability analysis method combining Gaussian process regression model with reliability index vector method and PNET method was proposed.Methods Latin hypercube sampling was used to obtain the original sample input data.The corresponding sample output data was calculated by finite element software,and the GPR model was constructed as an alternative model of the real limit state of the structure.The correlation coefficient matrix obtained by reliability index vector method reflects the correlation between failure modes,and the system reliability index of the structure was obtained by solving it by PNET method.The rationality of the method was verified by a structural example,and the system reliability of continuous beam bridge was studied.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the bridge maintenance model,which takes the service level of the bridge as the constraint condition and the lowest maintenance cost in the whole life cycle as the objective function,and the optimal maintenance scheme meeting the service level was obtained.
