摘 要:以某公路工程不均匀地质地基段路基加固施工为例,采用数值模拟方法将泡沫轻质混凝土填筑路堤与普通土路堤进行对比,分析两者沉降和基底应力差异;并就不同泡沫轻质混凝土填筑高度和预压地基对路基基底沉降、基底应力及路面工后沉降的影响进行了研究;结果表明:路堤高度不变时,泡沫轻质混凝土填筑高度越大,路基底沉降和应力越小且分布越均匀,软弱地基侧隆起高度越小,路面工后沉降也越小,但泡沫轻质混凝土的作用有限;不均匀地质分界处路基底沉降分布趋势发生改变、基底应力较大;相比于直接填筑路堤,先预压地基再进行路堤填筑时,路基底沉降和应力均较小且分布较均匀,路面工后沉降也较小,软弱地基侧未出现隆起.Taking the subgrade reinforcement construction of a highway engineering in uneven geological foundation section as an example,the comparison between foamed lightweight concrete embankment and common soil embankment was made by numerical simulation,and the differences of settlement and foundation stress between them were analyzed.The influence of different filling heights of foamed lightweight concrete and prepressed foundation on subgrade foundation settlement,foundation stress and pavement post-construction settlement were studied.The results show that when the embankment height is constant,the higher the filling height of foamed lightweight concrete is,the smaller the settlement and stress of the road base are and the more uniform the distribution is.The smaller the uplift height of soft foundation,the smaller the post-construction settlement of pavement,but the role of foam lightweight concrete is limited.At the uneven geological boundary,the distribution trend of road base settlement changes,and the base stress is large.Compared with directly filling embankment,the settlement and stress of subgrade base are smaller and distributed evenly when preloading foundation and then filling embankment.The settlement of pavement after construction is also small,and there is no uplift on the soft foundation side.
