摘 要:针对恶劣天气下LNG船舶靠离泊作业安全问题,结合青岛港董家口港区环境影响情况,模拟分析LNG船舶靠离泊过程,对LNG船舶系统以及对应的拖船系统进行建模,利用大型船舶操纵模拟器开展仿真实验,研究影响LNG船舶靠离泊的恶劣条件因素和关键操作.通过董家港区LNG船舶靠离泊实船实验,验证所提出的操作方案和风险应对措施的有效性.Aiming at the safety problem of LNG ship berthing and berthing in bad weather,combined with the environmental impact of Dongjiakou Port Area of Qingdao Port,the berthing and berthing process of LNG ship was simulated and analyzed.The LNG ship system and the corresponding tugboat system were modeled,and the simulation experiment was carried out by using the large-scale ship handling simulator,so as to study the bad conditions and key operations that affect the berthing and disembarking of LNG ships.The effectiveness of the proposed operation scheme and risk response measures was verified by the actual experiment of LNG ship berthing and berthing in Dongjia Port Area.
