不同剂量左旋甲状腺素片对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量左旋甲状腺素片对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年11月包头市中心医院收治的44例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者作为研究对象,应用随机抽签法分为两组,各22例。对照组应用小剂量左旋甲状腺素片进行治疗,观察组应用大剂量左旋甲状腺素片进行治疗,分析两组甲状腺功能指标(促甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素)、血脂指标水平(甘油三酯水平、总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白水平、高密度脂蛋白水平)、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的甲状腺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血脂指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的治疗有效率、药物不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将初始剂量50μg左旋甲状腺素片应用在亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者的治疗中,可改善患者甲状腺激素水平,促进甲状腺功能恢复,调节机体代谢,优化血脂指标。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different doses of levothyroxine tablets on subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 44 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism who were admitted to Baotou Central Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random drawing,22 cases in each.The control group was treated with low-dose levothyroxine tablets,and the observation group was treated with high-dose levothyroxine tablets.Thyroid function indexes(thyrotropin,free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine),blood lipid indexes(triglyceride level,total cholesterol level,low density lipoprotein level,high density lipoprotein level),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the thyroid function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood lipid indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the treatment effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the initial dose of 50μg levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism can improve the level of thyroid hormone,promote the recovery of thyroid function,regulate body metabolism,and optimize blood lipid indexes.
