摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析优质护理干预对吸毒者戒毒期间心理状态产生的影响。方法:收集2020年1-12月在广州市戒毒管理局医院接受强制隔离戒毒并伴有慢性疾病的101例吸毒者临床资料。依据收集阶段实施护理干预措施进行分组,对照组50例,实施常规护理干预;观察组51例,实施优质护理干预。对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,对比两组患者护理期间心理状况及戒毒效果。结果:干预后观察组焦虑及抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,患者依从性评分高于对照组,随访复吸率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:戒毒阶段内,实施优质护理干预可改善患者心理状态,提升其戒毒信心及依从性,有助于降低复吸率,进一步提升戒毒效果,护理模式应用效果理想,得到患者的好评。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the psychological state of drug addicts during their detoxification.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,the clinical data of 101 drug addicts who received compulsory isolation and detoxification in Guangzhou Drug Rehabilitation Administration Hospital and were accompanied by chronic diseases were collected.The patients were grouped according to the implementation of nursing interventions at the collection stage.50 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention;51 patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the psychological status and detoxification effects of the two groups of patients during the nursing period were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The patient compliance score was higher than that of the control group,and the follow-up relapse rate was lower than that of the control group.Nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the detoxification stage,the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients,enhance their drug rehabilitation confidence and compliance,help reduce the relapse rate,and further improve the drug rehabilitation effect.The application effect of the nursing mode is ideal and is well received by the patients.
