摘 要:基于柴油和机油为复合油相的乳化基质,直接混入粉状分散剂A作为敏化剂和惰性稀释剂从而制得低爆速乳化炸药。将不同温度下的乳化基质分别与不同含量的分散剂A进行混合,并分别测量其爆速,探究低爆速乳化炸药的制备工艺及性能。以期为低爆速乳化炸药的工艺提供参考。Based on the emulsifying matrix of diesel oil and oil as compound oil phase,the powder dispersant A was directly mixed as sensitizer and inert diluent to prepare low detonation rate emulsified explosive.The emulsifying matrix at different temperatures was mixed with different amounts of dispersant A with content,and their detonation velocities were measured respectively to explore the preparation process and properties of low detonation velocity emulsified explosive.This paper provides reference for the process of emulsion explosive with low detonation velocity.
