摘  要:含有的硝酸酯的柴油样品经皂化反应后,在酸性条件下用玻璃纤维滤纸过滤,留在滤纸上的物质干燥后用二苯胺试剂处理,二苯胺被硝酸盐氧化成深蓝色醌型化合物,通过生成的蓝色或蓝黑色斑点来判断柴油样品中是否含有硝酸酷型十六烷值改进剂,重点介绍了基于该原理定性检测车用柴油中硝酸酯型十六烷值改进剂的方法,并对实验过程中各种影响因素进行了分析并提出了相关建议。Diesel samples containing nitrates are subjected to saponification and then filtered with glass fiber filter paper under acidic conditions.The material left on the filter paper is dried and treated with diphenylamine reagent.The diphenylamine is oxidized by nitrate to a dark blue quinoid compound.The generated blue or blue-black spots can be used to judge whether the diesel sample contains nitrate-type cetane number improver.This paper focused on the qualitative detection method of nitrate-type cetane number improver in vehicle diesel oil based on this principle.Various influencing factors in the experiment process were analyzed and relevant suggestions were put forward.
