摘　　要：对某公司减压塔顶抽真空不达标问题进行了系统的分析,结果表明抽空器动力蒸汽由抽空器介质入口倒流至水冷器壳层导致工艺介质温度升高。针对蒸汽倒流的原因提出了相应的解决措施。A systematic analysis was made on the problem that the vacuum pumping at the top of the vacuum tower of a company did not meet the standard.The results showed that the power steam of the extractor flowed back from the medium inlet of the extractor to the shell of the water cooler,resulting in the temperature rise of the process medium.According to the causes of steam backflow,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
