旋流脱烃内件在富液处理中的应用

摘  要:对于溶剂再生装置富液夹带烃和油的问题一直是一个难题,采用旋流技术对富液和轻烃进行快速有效的分离,在500 t/h溶剂再生装置进行工业实施。富液中的轻烃和凝缩油得到了最大的回收利用,富液闪蒸罐顶的闪蒸气量相比未设置内件的装置减少了90%以上,有效的减少了富液的损失,满足了目前劣质原油加工中脱硫系统的环保经济要求。For the problem of hydrocarbon and oil entrained in rich liquid of solvent regeneration unit has been a difficult problem,the rapid and effective separation of rich liquid and light hydrocarbon by using cyclone technology was implemented industrially in 500 t/h solvent regeneration unit.The light hydrocarbons and condensate oil in the rich liquid are maximally recycled,and the amount of flash gas at the top of the rich liquid flash tank is reduced by more than 90%compared with the unit without internal parts,which effectively reduces the loss of rich liquid and meets the environmental and economic requirements of the current desulfurization system in the processing of poor quality crude oil.
