摘　　要：目前,我国农村经济发展正处在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的进程中,资金需求巨大,这为农村金融提供了新的发力点,而在大数据智能化的时代,数字普惠金融的发展可以为农村金融和农村经济发展提供新平台。但我国农村地区数字普惠金融的发展仍然面临着技术支持、风险监管、受众群体金融素养和数据信息共享等多重挑战。为了使数字普惠金融能够更好地适应、满足乡村振兴对农村金融新的需求变化,就需要进一步通过强化数字网络基础设施建设、完善风险监管模式、提升消费者金融素养、促进农业数据共享等措施助推数字普惠金融发展,使其更有效地为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接赋能。At present,China is walking along the rural economic progress,while consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty eradication and rural revitalization.The huge demand for funds provides a new starting point for rural finance.In the era of big data intelligence,the development of digital inclusive finance can provide a new platform for rural finance and rural economic development.However,the development of finance still faces various challenges,such as technical support,risk supervision,audience financial literacy and data information sharing.In order to make digital inclusive finance better adapt to and meet the new demand changes of rural finance for rural revitalization,it is necessary to further promote the progress of digital inclusive finance by strengthening the construction of digital network infrastructure,improving the risk supervision mode,improving consumer financial literacy,promoting agricultural data sharing and other measures,so as to make it more effective to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty eradication and effectively connect with rural revitalization.
