国产催化剂在Unipol气相聚乙烯装置上的应用

摘　　要：本文主要针对蒲城清洁能源化工有限责任公司30万吨/年Unipol装置以国产催化剂(XY-S催化剂,SLC-S催化剂)替代进口催化剂生产聚乙烯DFDA7042时的生产情况进行分析,针对不同国产催化剂使用期间生产的产品的各项性能指标进行实验分析,研究国产催化剂的适应性。结果表明,XY-S催化剂,SLC-S催化剂两种国产催化剂可以满足装置的生产需求。This paper mainly analyzes the production situation of polyethylene DFDA7042 produced by using domestic catalyst(XY-S catalyst and SLC-S catalyst)instead of imported catalyst in 300,000 tons/year Unipol PE plant of Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Company.The adaptability of domestic catalysts was studied by analyzing the performance indexes of the products produced during use different domestic catalysts.The results show that XY-S catalyst and SLC-S catalyst can meet the production requirements of the plant.
