摘  要:氦循环制冷生产液氢工艺是目前世界上主流工艺,因其在效率、能耗和安全性能方面表现都较为优异。但它也存在一个突出问题,即氦循环压缩机普遍存在轴封漏油的现象。当氦压缩机储油量不足时,需要停机补油,否则就会造成设备损坏,影响生产任务。本文针对此突出问题,提出一种有效应对氦循环制冷生产液氢工艺氦气压缩机轴封漏油的方案,在线完成,无需关停氦压缩机。在保证氦循环介质质量的同时,大大缩短了因停机补油而造成的时间浪费,在某些重大生产任务保障中,这可能成为决定成败的关键。Liquid hydrogen production by helium cycle refrigeration is the mainstream process in the world at present,Because it has outstanding performance in efficiency,energy consumption and safety performance.However,there is also a prominent problem,that is,leakage of shaft seal is common in helium cycle compressors.When the helium compressor has insufficient oil storage,it needs to stop to replenish oil,otherwise it will cause equipment damage and affect the production task.In view of the prominent problems,this paper puts forward an effective solution to the helium compressor shaft seal leakage of liquid hydrogen production process by helium cycle refrigeration,which is completed online without shutting down the helium compressor.While ensuring the quality of helium circulation,it greatly reduces the time wasted due to downtime and refueling,this may become the key to success or failure in some major production task support.
