摘 要:本文根据涡旋式膨胀机的工作原理,得到动涡盘所受的气体力及力矩,根据进入涡旋式膨胀机内压缩气体的质量流率和动涡盘的受力方向,得到涡旋式膨胀机的输出功率,并求得其效率表达式。当膨胀比一定时,进气压力越大,涡旋式膨胀机的效率越高,而且随着进气压力的增大,效率的增长速率是逐渐减小的。The paper based on the working principle of scroll expander,the gas force and moment that the orbiting scroll suffered was got。According to the mass flow rate of the compressed gas entered into the scroll expander and the direction of the force on the moving scroll,the output power provided by the scroll expander and the expression of efficiency were obtained.When the expansion ratio is constant,the bigger intake pressure,the higher efficiency of the scroll expander will be.And the higher the efficiency of the scroll expander,and as the inlet pressure increases,the growth rate of efficiency is gradually reduced.
